De Ruigenhof collects your personal data on the following basis, depending on the service(s) we provide to you:

How long do we retain personal data?
De Ruigenhof will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, unless we are required to do so by law. De Ruigenhof will delete your data at least 10 years after our last contact, as your data will no longer be required after that time.

deletion, data transfer or withdrawal of consent or objection to the
collection of your personal data to info@ruigenhof.nl.
To verify your identity, we ask that you enclose a copy of your
passport with any request to access personal data; however, please make
sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, ie the strip
with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social
security number (Burgerservicenummer) is black to protect your privacy.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible but in any case, no
longer than four weeks. De Ruigenhof would also like to inform you that
you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory
authority, the Personal Data Authority, if required, via the following

How we secure personal data
